Our African Blackwood products are warranteed for a full 2 years and our Polypenco products come with a life-time warranty.   Our Return Policy - If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase from Dunbar Bagpipes, simply return the item within 30 days for a refund. Once we have received the item back, we will issue a credit for the total amount minus any shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. Before sending any item back to us, please contact us (905-646-2388) first.   Custom Work - We are more than happy (and actually enjoy!!!!) to do custom work at your request. For any custom work, we must insist on a minimum of $350.00 non-refundable deposit. If you are looking at ivory or silver, we would need a larger deposit.   Delivery charges F.O.B. our docks. Most goods are shipped via "insured" parcel post.   U.S. customers are advised to ship repair parts or returns via the postal system as courier services (such as UPS, Purolator, etc.) add unnecessary "brokerage" fees which will have to be paid by the customer.
