Terms and Conditions of Sales

  1. Canadian orders please add applicable sales tax for your province.
  2. Ontario residents please add 13% H.S.T.
  3. Prices subject to change without notice.
  4. Payment accepted in both Canadian and U.S. funds.
  5. Terms - Account "Due on Receipt".
  6. VISA, MasterCard, PayPal and Interac e-Transfer (preferred - please use rwp@dunbarbagpipes.com) accepted. This site is secure.
  7. At Dunbar Bagpipes, we stand behind our products. Our African Blackwood products are warranteed for a full 2 years and our Polypenco products come with a life-time warranty.
  8. Our Return Policy - If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase from Dunbar Bagpipes, simply return the item within 30 days for a refund. Once we have received the item back, we will issue a credit for the total amount minus any shipping charges,or damaged items fees and a 20% restocking fee. Before sending any item back to us, please contact us (905-646-2388) first.
  9. Custom Work - We are more than happy (and actually enjoy!!!!) to do custom work at your request. For any custom work, we must insist on a minimum of $350.00 non-refundable deposit. If you are looking at ivory or silver, we would need a larger deposit.
  10. No returns accepted on custom made, new bagpipes or practice chanters.
  11. Delivery charges F.O.B. our docks. Most goods are shipped via "insured" parcel post.
  12. U.S. customers are advised to ship repair parts or returns via the postal system as courier services (such as UPS, Purolator, etc.) add unnecessary "brokerage" fees which will have to be paid by the customer. Please contact us prior to mailing your package out.
